This is our founding fee schedule — all 49 procedures we'll offer from day one, each with its member price on the same line. Search it, filter it, print it, take it to any consult in town. Most offices won't show you this page. We built our whole practice around it.

Founding fee schedule · published July 3, 2026 · the schedule locks at opening day
Most offices won't show you this page. Here's why we do.
A price you can read before you sit down
Call around and ask what a crown costs. You'll hear "it depends," get booked for a consult, and see the number after the work is done. Ours is the first line of the Crowns section: $1,250, and $999 for members. A price that can't survive daylight isn't a fair price.
One number means one number
The figure in the table is the figure on your receipt. A crown's temporary and follow-up fit live inside the crown fee. And if the plan changes mid-visit, you get a new written quote before anything else happens — not a longer bill after.
Members read the smaller column
Every line carries a second price. With a membership, cleanings, exams, routine X-rays and whitening touch-ups drop to $0, and everything else drops 15–25%. The adult plan runs $39 a month; the full math lives on the membership page.
Why "founding" fee schedule
These are the prices we open with in September 2026, published while the walls are still going up. They're set against the real Jacksonville market, and the schedule locks on opening day. The Founding 500 lock their $29-a-month membership rate for life the same way.
Add up a visit, down to the dollar
Check what you expect to need and the subtotal follows. Flip the membership toggle to run the member math. It's a planning number, not a diagnosis — your exact quote is always confirmed in writing before treatment.
Your subtotal $0
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you check is stored or sent anywhere.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Are these the final prices?
They're our founding fee schedule — the real numbers we plan to open with in September 2026. The schedule locks on opening day, and any adjustment before then lands on this page first, not in the fine print of a bill.
Do walk-ins pay more than booked visits?
No. The price is attached to the procedure, not to how you arrived. Walking in is the model, not an upcharge — same table, same numbers, seven days a week.
What if the dentist finds something mid-visit?
You get a written quote from this same schedule before anything beyond the plan happens. Approving the next step takes a minute; being surprised by a bill is not a thing we do.
How does the member price work?
A membership — $39 a month for adults, $25 for kids, $29 locked for life for the Founding 500 — makes cleanings, exams, routine X-rays and whitening touch-ups $0 and cuts 15–25% from everything else in the table. No deductible, no annual maximum, no claim to file.
Do you take insurance?
We open fee-for-service with membership, and we start credentialing with major PPOs — Delta Dental of Florida, Cigna, MetLife, Humana — the day our lease signs. If you're out-of-network, we file the paperwork for you. The insurance page has the full picture.
Why publish prices at all?
Because you can't compare, budget for, or trust a number you're not allowed to see. Publishing the whole schedule keeps our own pricing honest — and it means the first conversation we ever have with you starts with the answer, not with "it depends."
