Group plans · Opening September 2026

Dental benefits your team will actually use.

Most group dental benefits die in a drawer — too confusing to read, too slow to use. A Restoro group plan is one page and one habit: walk in on the way to work, out in about 31 minutes, whitening touch-up included. Small businesses, churches, and teams — one agreement covers everyone from the day we open in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor.

Who it's for

Built for the groups insurance forgets.

Small-group dental insurance is priced as if your team were a rounding error. We price the other way: no middlemen, a better rate, and terms you can read over one coffee.

Small businesses

Five to fifty people, no HR department required. Give your crew a benefit they'll notice in the mirror — and pay one flat, per-member number for it, with an invoice as short as the agreement.

Churches & communities

One agreement for the congregation; households join by name, kids at the child rate. For Jacksonville's Russian-speaking parishes, every conversation — from enrollment to exam — happens in Russian.

Teams & clubs

Sports clubs, studios, crews that train together. Everyone lands on the same ~90-day visit rhythm, and from opening day everyone walks in around practice — 7am to 7pm, any day of the week.

Group pricing

Per member, per month. That's the whole price sheet.

Founding group tiers, held for agreements signed before opening day. Every tier carries the full membership: cleanings, exams, and X-rays covered, a whitening touch-up at every visit, and 15–25% off everything else on the published fee schedule.

Team

5–14 members

$35 /member/mo

  • Full adult membership for every member
  • One agreement, one monthly invoice
  • Children added at $25/month each

Company

15–49 members

$32 /member/mo

  • Everything in Team, at a deeper rate
  • Enrollment day at your workplace when we open
  • One shared invoice or per-member billing — your call

Community

50+ members

Let's talk

  • Congregations, associations, large employers
  • Whole households welcome — spouses and kids
  • Rate fixed in writing before anyone pays

Founding tiers are working numbers: your final rate is confirmed in your agreement before anyone pays a dollar, and nothing is billed until the studio opens in September 2026.

The math

Twelve people, one year, two ways to pay.

Take a 12-person company and run the year honestly — our published founding fees on one side, typical Florida small-group figures on the other.

Restoro group plan

12 adults × $35 × 12 months
$5,040
Routine year included per person — cleanings, exams, X-rays, whitening touch-ups
≈ $550 of care
Routine care across the team
≈ $6,600
Claims, deductibles, annual caps, waiting periods
None

The team pays $5,040/yr

Plus 15–25% member pricing on any further work, from a fee schedule you read before signing.

Typical small-group dental PPO

12 employees × ≈ $38 × 12 months
≈ $5,472
Deductible before coverage starts
≈ $50 per person
Annual maximum per person
$1,000–1,500 — then you pay everything
Waiting period on major work
6–12 months
Whitening
Not covered

The team pays ≈ $5,472/yr + copays

Market-typical figures for small groups in Florida — hold any real quote up against them.

Nearly the same money. One buys a folder of paperwork; the other buys dentistry your whole team can walk into, seven days a week.

If your people already have dental insurance a large employer pays for, keep it — we'll say so ourselves. Group membership is for teams paying their own way.

Onboarding

From first text to first visit.

No sales calls, no discovery meetings. Four steps — and most of the work is ours.

  1. Text us your headcount

Text (904) 555-0131 or email [email protected]. Two facts get it moving: roughly how many people, and whether families join too.

  2. Get a one-page proposal

Your per-member rate, what's included, and when billing starts. One page — no appendix, no asterisks. In Russian as well, if that serves your group.

  3. Sign once, before opening

The organization signs a single agreement and members join by name. Signing before opening day holds your founding tier — and nothing is billed until the doors open in September 2026.

  4. Your people walk in

From day one, every member has walk-in access 7am–7pm, 7 days a week, with visits averaging 31 minutes. Want help getting started? We'll run an enrollment day at your office or hall.

FAQ

Group plans, without the fine print

Is there a minimum group size?

Group tiers start at five members. If you're smaller, individual memberships — and the $29/month Founding 500 rate, while spots last — will almost certainly beat anything we could quote you, and we'll say exactly that.

Who pays — the organization or the members?

Your call. Some owners cover the plan outright as a benefit, some split it with staff, and some churches simply organize the group while each household pays its own way. The rate is the same in every case; the agreement just records who gets the invoice.

Is a group plan the same as dental insurance?

No. It's a membership agreement between your group and the studio — no underwriter, no claims, no denials. Routine care is covered outright and everything else is 15–25% off a published fee schedule. What it doesn't do is cap a catastrophically expensive year the way insurance can — we'd rather tell you that plainly than bury it.

Can my people just join the Founding 500 instead?

They can — the first 500 individual members lock $29/month for life, and if that beats your group tier, we'll point it out ourselves. A group agreement earns its keep when you want one signature, one invoice, and families enrolled in a single pass.

What happens between signing and opening day?

Nothing is charged. Your tier is locked in writing, your member list is saved, and we text your organizer before the studio opens in September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. If the timeline moves, you hear it from us first.
