Durbin got a whole new retail corridor. The dentist is next.
A decade ago the land around the 9B interchange was pine flatwoods. Now Durbin Park Pavilion anchors one of the fastest-built retail corridors in Florida — Bass Pro, groceries, gyms, everything a new neighborhood orders from the catalog. Everything, it turns out, except a dental visit that runs like the rest of it. Around Durbin Crossing, a routine cleaning still means calling weeks ahead and surrendering half a workday, which is a strange fit for a neighborhood organized entirely around commuting efficiently.
We're opening in September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor — from the Durbin side, an easy hop across the 9B interchange or along the CR-210 stretch you already know. The visit is built for commuter math: doors open at 7am, so a full cleaning and dentist exam fits before you merge onto Veterans Parkway, and they don't close until 7pm, seven days, so a blown Tuesday doesn't cost you the whole idea. Kiosk check-in, hygienist within minutes, dentist exam inside the same visit, and a published door-to-door average of about 31 minutes.
The price sheet is public before we open: $105 for an adult cleaning, $79 for kids, $60 for the exam — or all of it at $0 on a $39/month membership. No estimate roulette, no 'we'll bill your insurance and see.'
Why this works from here
- A quick hop from Durbin Crossing across the 9B interchange, or in along the CR-210 side — the same grid you commute every day
- 7am doors mean the cleaning happens before the Veterans Parkway rush finishes its coffee
- Weekend hours sync with the Durbin Park errand loop — Bass Pro run, groceries, checkup, home by lunch
Questions, answered plainly
Can I really get a cleaning and exam in before my morning commute?
That's the design case. Walk in at 7am, and the published average of about 31 minutes puts you back in the car with margin before most Durbin commutes even need to start. Check the live wait time on the site while the coffee brews — if the queue looks long, the evening window runs to 7pm.
How close will the studio actually be to Durbin Crossing?
Site selection is happening now inside the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, with the address announced the day the lease signs. From Durbin Crossing, every candidate site is a straightforward run via the 9B interchange or CR-210 — this corner of St. Johns County is exactly who the location is being chosen for.
We just closed on a new build here and don't have a local dentist yet. How do we start?
Join the waitlist now, then walk in once we open. A first visit prices out at $335 from the published schedule — comprehensive exam $95, full X-ray series $135, cleaning $105 — and if you bring recent X-rays from your previous city, that middle line can drop out. After that, a routine recall visit is $165, or $0 with membership.
What would a year of checkups cost our family without insurance?
You can total it yourself from the public fee schedule: cleanings are $105 per adult and $79 per child, exams $60, bitewings $65 when due. Or flip to memberships — $39 per adult and $25 per child monthly — and every routine cleaning, exam, and X-ray drops to $0, with 15–25% off anything else the exam turns up.
Are Sundays genuinely open, or 'emergency only'?
Genuinely open — 7am to 7pm, same as Wednesday, with the same walk-in cleanings and exams. The whole point of a seven-day schedule is that a Durbin family shouldn't have to choose between a checkup and the one unscheduled morning they get all week.
