Services

When a tooth has to go, the process shouldn't hurt more than the tooth.

Nobody searches for a tooth extraction on a good day. You're here because something cracked, aches, or a dentist just used the word 'hopeless.' What most offices add to that bad day is process pain: a referral to an oral surgeon across town, a second consult fee, a price that only appears after the paperwork. We built the opposite. Most extractions — simple, surgical, and the majority of wisdom teeth — happen in-house, priced on a fee schedule you can read tonight.

Honesty about time, because our whole brand is a clock. A simple extraction fits the standard 31-minute choreographed visit: imaging, verdict, proper numbing, the extraction, aftercare. Surgical extractions and impacted wisdom teeth don't fit in half an hour, and we won't pretend otherwise — those get their own scheduled block. The walk-in visit is where you get the imaging, a plain-language plan, and an exact written price.

Extraction is never our default answer, either. If a root canal or crown can genuinely save the tooth, you hear that option first, with both prices side by side. The decision is yours; our job is to make it an informed one.

We open in September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Joining the Founding 500 locks membership at $29/month for life — and members pay $156 instead of $195 for a simple extraction from day one.

The 31-minute choreography

  1. Kiosk check-in

Tap in at the iPad, mark 'tooth pain,' and the system routes you to a room ahead of the non-urgent visits.

  2. Imaging first

A precise X-ray of the tooth — panoramic or 3D scan when wisdom teeth are involved. No verdicts before pictures.

  3. The verdict, in plain terms

The dentist shows you the image and the real options: save it (root canal, crown) or remove it — each with its exact fee from the published schedule.

  4. Numbing that gets time to work

Anesthetic placed, then given real time to take hold. While it sets, the assistant walks you through aftercare and confirms your quote in writing.

  5. The extraction itself

For a simple extraction, this is usually the shortest part of the visit. Surgical and impacted cases are booked as a longer block instead — you'll know which yours is before anything starts.

  6. Out with a plan

Gauze in, written aftercare arriving by text, and — if you want the gap filled — the implant or denture path mapped with prices before you reach your car.

Fees

Simple extraction $195 $156 member
Surgical extraction $325 $260 member
Impacted wisdom tooth — soft tissue $425 $340 member
Impacted wisdom tooth — full bony $625 $500 member

This is our founding fee schedule — real prices, published before we open. Every fee is per procedure and confirmed in writing before treatment starts. No surprise billing, ever. Member prices apply with any Restoro membership plan. Final schedule locks at opening.

Questions, answered plainly

Does getting a tooth pulled hurt?

The extraction is done under local anesthetic, and we don't start until the tooth is fully numb — you should feel pressure, not sharp pain, and you tell us immediately if that's not true. Expect soreness for a few days afterward; you leave with written aftercare instructions and a direct text line to the team.

Can all four wisdom teeth come out in one visit?

Often, yes — it depends on how each tooth sits, which a panoramic X-ray or 3D scan shows precisely. If we recommend one combined surgical block, you get a single written price for all four before you decide anything. What we won't do is squeeze four impactions into a half-hour slot and call it efficiency.

How much does an extraction cost?

$195 for a simple extraction, $325 for surgical, $425 for a soft-tissue impacted wisdom tooth, $625 for a full bony impaction — that's the founding fee schedule, published in full before we open. Members pay 20% less on all four, and every quote is confirmed in writing before treatment starts.

What happens to the gap — do I need an implant?

Not always, but the bone at the site changes fastest in the first months after an extraction. A $450 bone graft placed at the same visit keeps the implant option open. Implants themselves span several visits over a few months — placement, healing, then the crown — and we map that timeline and its full cost before you commit to any of it.

Do you refer wisdom teeth out to an oral surgeon?

Most of them we handle in-house. The honest exceptions: deep impactions sitting against the nerve canal and certain medical histories where a specialist is simply the right call. If that's you, we say so at the imaging visit — before you've spent anything beyond the exam.

I have a broken tooth right now. Are you open yet?

Not yet — we open in September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, so for a tooth that's broken today, see your current dentist or an urgent care. Once our doors open, this is exactly what the model is for: walk in 7am–7pm any day, $75 emergency exam, credited toward same-day treatment.

Come in when it works for you.

We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
